Square Footage Calculator

This calculator finds the area of a space in square feet, useful for flooring, carpet, tile, or land measurement projects, and supports rectangles, circles, and triangles.

Each shape uses its own geometric formula: rectangles multiply length by width, circles use π times the radius squared, and triangles multiply base by height and divide by 2. The result is also converted to square meters and square yards.

Example: a rectangular room measuring 20 ft by 15 ft covers 20 × 15 = 300 square feet, which converts to about 27.9 square meters or 33.3 square yards.
